Fast Friday is a one-hour, interactive time of corporate sharing and prayer. It began many years ago. Simply stated, it is a recurring time to devote yourself to fasting and corporate prayer on Fridays. What’s important is the simple truth that united prayer is one of the most powerful things we can do to release the Kingdom and power of God in ministry and our world; not to mention a powerful way to form true Christian community. You are invited to incorporate fasting in this rhythm as you are able, whether a partial, one-meal or whole day fast, etc.
