We love the Church.

And we strive to courageously love the men and women who lead her.

Our team holds over four decades of history and 150 years of combined ministry experience. We possess degrees from various universities and seminaries, we’ve served on the pastoral and ministry staffs in dozens of churches representing several diverse denominations, and we’ve each undergone training in leadership coaching.

But those are just credentials. Our true foundation is relational.

We care about leaders and we intimately understand the unique demands of ministry. It is our joy to offer our experience, training, and our very selves to ensure you never have to walk in leadership alone.

Our vision is Jesus Himself.

Our team’s 10 Fundamentals…

  1. We deeply believe that church’s love for God and others (or lack thereof) is the core issue that Jesus cares about most.

  2. We believe that Christ and His Gospel is what truly motivates love for God and others.

  3. We embrace the person of Jesus as our personal vision above all else.

  4. We rally around the person of Jesus as our team’s vision (our hoped outcome for us and others).

  5. We release the need to have a goal that’s something other than gaining Christ.

  6. We commit to courageously loving leaders and their churches as our mission.

  7. We recognize that in the Body of Christ we play different roles and use different platforms to collaborate.

  8. We recognize that what we promote, count, and tout is what we win others with and to.

  9. We align our strategies with the awareness that we mold what we model most.

  10. We see being together as a primary strategy within our mission and to pursue our vision.
