ACTIVATE(D) is an initiative of Novo Mission, Inc. (formerly CRM Leaders), a global missions agency with over 600 staff serving in 100 countries.
Mission
We mobilize and champion Gospel-motivated, disciple-making leaders who form teams that make new disciples of Jesus around the world.
Vision
We aim to see Christ glorified in whole neighborhoods and networks of new disciples!
AS A TEAM
We are Spirit-dependent missionaries to local churches who trust Christ to form God-defined leaders with a non-anxious presence.
We are gospel-motivated, catalytic leaders who seek to walk in spiritual and biblical authority to facilitate discovery of other people’s calling and destiny.
We value multiplication and the reproduction of leaders so that new disciples of Jesus are made because lost people matter to God.
We affirm ministry flows out of our being and not our doing.
We disciple people toward Christlikeness and rigorously measure our effectiveness and impact against that heavenly assignment for the Church.
We operate as a healthy, prayer-dependent, relationally empowered, results-oriented team with high regard for one another.
We assume the best from our teammates and call one another to it in a culture of fun.
