After spending three decades in pastoral leadership, Kirk made the pivot to full-time leadership development. He holds a masters degree from Harvard, an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary and is a licensed coach through ICF.

Dr. Zimmerman served as a lead pastor in the Atlanta area, proclaiming the Gospel faithfully to his congregation before answering the call to serve church leaders with Activated. He holds his Dmin from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a licensed coach through ICF.

Lisa has been in ministry for over two decades and has worked on church staffs and with missions organizations. She is our team’s resident Canuck (she lives and serves in the Toronto area). She holds an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary and is a licensed coach through ICF.
